Which couriers do you use?

For smaller items we use Hermes Tracked, Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail 48hr. If tracked you will receive a relevant tracking reference by email at the point your order is shipped from our system.

Larger items are sent with DPD or Yodel on a 24hr service. These are tracked services and you will receive a tracking reference with your shipping confirmation email.  DPD normally send a text to inform you with a time slot for your delivery.

What will the postage charge be?

Orders of £50 and over are delivered to Northern Ireland destinations FREE OF CHARGE. (Orders under £50 are charged at £3.99. Orders delivered to Republic of Ireland, UK mainland, Channel Islands, Guernsey & Jersey may cost more).

Do your prices include VAT?

All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%.
